We are now looking for a new team leader for the reception at Art Clinic/Aleris. This is an exciting and varied role for you who want to combine leadership, patient contact, and structure in a specialized healthcare environment.

Aleris Art Clinic Gothenburg is a well-established clinic with approximately 85 employees, consisting of doctors, specialist nurses, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. We specialize in orthopedics, spinal surgery, aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, and offer our patients a cohesive care chain from surgery to rehabilitation.

We collaborate with the regions and assist them in maintaining the care guarantee, we also accept private-paying patients and cooperate with insurance companies that offer health insurance. The Role

As a team leader, you are responsible for the daily operations at the reception in close collaboration with plastic surgeons, nurses, and other staff. You are a hub in the organization and play an important role in creating a professional, safe, and well-organized patient flow – from admission to aftercare. The work also includes telephone advice, coordination, bookings, and ensuring that care routines are followed.

About You

We are looking for someone with healthcare experience, who is structured and accustomed to working with patient-centered service. You need to be confident in your role, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy taking responsibility. Previous experience in reception work within plastic surgery or a related field is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Employment form: Permanent position, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Scope: Full-time. Start date: By agreement. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement exists.
